This game was amazing. As a kid, I liked running into the wall just to laugh at the animation of it.
Was pretty frustrating when I did it while playing against my older brother though. Takes forever to get up while the hitter ran the bases.

Half-Life is so great. Maybe before I die we will get a Half-Life 3.

So damn incredible when it came out. All we knew was NES and Sega...and then you've got stuff like the Super Scope 6 and then a game like Zelda thst in depth!?! It was insane.
I have the ROM *gasp* on my computer. Every once in awhile I revisit it. Still holds up better than most games.
Anything is possible, but chances are you won't be getting it. Laidlaw released his version of the HL3 plot a few years ago after supposedly being frustrated by Valve's lack of interest in finishing it.
Ideally I have another 40 years. Those POS need to get in order before then.
I used to have all the NES and SNES roms on my phone. Was pretty sweet to be able to pull up a game anywhere waiting on the gf.
The biggest tragedy of video games is that the Calipari era at Kentucky had zero NCAA basketball games.

This game is still better than any Madden game that has been released before or since:
The gameplay and flow was great and so much more realistic than Madden, you had Chris Berman giving you halftime highlights and it actually sounded pretty legit, and the announcing crew was actually pretty funny. I sitll use "get the controller away from the dog!" Had many alcohol fueled nights battling it out on this game.

Madden will never get better as long as EA has exclusive rights

Galaga- broke record on Ridalin at Tolly Ho finals week circa 2002...promply broke it again 15 years later in a new location minus the Ridalin (I know they reset the game but it was my Costanza moment)

playing this right now took madden 15 years to get mouthpieces in the game LOL
What's everyone playing these days?
Finally grabbed a Switch during the holidays. Really digging the portability and "pick up and play" aspect of it. Zelda, Mario Kart 8, PGA2k21, and just grabbed Mario Odyssey on sale. I got the GF hooked on Animal Crossing.
Also grabbed a used Xbox One, so my buddies and I try and get on a few nights a week to play NHL2k21 and Battlefield 5. Great way to catch up when you're getting older, and also with COVID.
Looking forward to: Skyward Sword, Battlefield 2124.. might grab the new Mario Golf.

Holy cow I loved this game. SNES. Best game ever would have to be Super Mario World. PS one had some classics like Crash Bandicoot and Silent Hill and the Ridge Racer games. And Twisted Metal 2. And Tekken 2.

How’s it going for you? I’ve got my PMC up to level 5 but absolutely cannot find an MP-133 to give Prapor for his first quest lol
Probably gonna grab the need 4 speed hot pursuit remastered soon. The Xbox isn't getting used over the last few years and I got a switch lite last year when covid shutdown started. Told the kido that what we did when we needed something to do. Play Mario all day .
I mostly have just been playing a mobile game (Marvel Strike Force). The last game I played on my Xbox One was Path of Exile. It's a free game that is like Diablo. Not a bad game for free.
