Nice list. I see you mentioned Fallout. Ever try Elder Scrolls or Mass Effect? Pretty solid games.

Me and a buddy are playing Zombie Army 4 once a week. It was a free game for PS+ and it’s the best money I never spent on a game.
Never played either of them. I have friends who have said good things about them. Most of my time nowadays gaming is playing the new Mario stuff on the Switch or classic consoles with my kids. It’s about time to graduate them up to a new PlayStation though. lol

Yeah, I hear you. I went through that too. We played Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey, Super Smash Bros... then they discovered fortnite and Minecraft and are full blown PS users.

Mine are in the Minecraft, Fortnite, Pokémon stage now along with the Mario games. I think about Christmas we may move on up.

1080 was really good. Others I liked on N64 were Mario 64, Hydro Thunder, Quake 64 and Perfect Dark. I also like Shadows of the Empire the Star Wars game and Rogue Squadron.

Rogue Squadron holds up better. The pod racing game is good too.
Rogue Squadron was awesome. Me and a friend played it years and years ago. I’ll never forget it because one mission specifically was a pain in the butt. We tried countless times. One try my friend beats it with literally no health left... it says MISSION COMPLETE, and then his ship blows up.

Apparently the mission wasn’t complete because it reloaded him at the beginning of the level. He was very not happy lol

That's rough ha. I like Dark Forces for ps one, although the graphics are a little rough. There's also a sw fighting game on ps one.

Looking forward to Baldo on the Switch.

I'm finally becoming competent in NHL 2K21 where my friends don't groan and yell at me to stay in my zone. I still can't score for **** though..

Been playing some of my ps one racing games. Ridge Racer, Gran Turismo 2, Wipeout XL, Road Rash and Destruction Derby. Crash Team Racing. Nostalgia gaming. Twisted metal 2 as well.

Is Skitchn on ps one? I'll have to check it out. Road Rash still holds up (not the Genesis version but the ps one version) and plays like a precursor to Burnout.

Gran Turismo 2 (and one) always seem to have a sharp turn near the end of the race. I can't count how many times I have gone from first to last on that last turn.

outside of sports games like NCAA football
2004 and NBA2k and Madden which I used to play for hours with buddies in college I’d have to go with Mario 64, Mario Kart for GameCube, and Goldeneye. In case you can’t tell I haven’t played a video game in about 20 years lol. The N64 was the last system I really played regularly. Looking forward to when my sons get older and I can play again - although I’m sure the games will be beyond me by then.
