2) Dan give up ST
3) A new DC and DL coach
4) Come together on a philophy on offense. Are we spread are we NFL drop back. Right now we're a hodge-podge of plays that makes the fanbase scratch our collective heads
5) Enough of the gilitz and glammour, 2 unis that's it.
6) Starting NOW. Recruit our asses off
7) Bring in immediate talent to push TR and Dak
8) Give Dak a fair shot at starting
9) Balis. This "strenght" and conditioning program needs some serious scrutiny
10) Its time for Dan Mullen to tone down the ego and STFU and be a little more circumspect in what he says. Dan is not the grt coach he is in his mind, time to improve on his own coaching abilities and ability to lead men

I've got a few

1) Get rid of Koenning and spend the money to get a good OC, or pay Brewster good money and promote him. He's qualified for the job.
2) I agree with you on Dan giving up control of ST. Hire a ST coach and go be a damn Head Coach like your job title says you are.
3) Give a serious look at getting rid of Hevesy. The OL needs to be remade and in 4 years I've never seen a QB hit as much as Russell was this year.
4) Find an offensive identity. You mentioned this and it's spot on. Are we spread? Are we read option? Are we under center? Find something and stick with it.
5) Let Collins have more of a playcalling impact. Get rid of Wilson if you have to, but I liked what Collins did today. Banks going down changed a lot, but before that our defense was getting pressure and causing some problems. I'm still sick of the 3 man fronts, but overall, we gave up a **** ton of points because Tyler Russell blew today. Not because of scheme.
6) Go get a better TE coach. Sallach is Mullen's boy from Ursinius. He sucks. Malcolm Johnson has NFL potential and he needs a better coach than a guy that coach in the Ivy League his whole life.
7) Go get Smoot now. He will recruit and I guarantee he will be able to do more than Melvin. Our secondary sucked and I think Melvin had packed it in this year. They have a lot of raw talent but I saw a lot of mistakes from them that I think Smoot can fix. He will bring some fire to our defense that really doesn't have any.

If Brewster is so damn good, why was he unemployed a few weeks before the season? Hevesy is attached to Mullen's nutsack. What did Collins specifically do today that gave you jollies? Smoot has to be the answer to competing for a national championship???

Get rid of Hevesy, Wilson, Ballis, and Sallach. If Mullen is going to keep Russell as the starting QB, go the pro-set QB system like Alabama uses, instead of the read option offense.

Stop the uniform changes every week and get back to running the football with power running game. Occasionally put the QB under center rather than running everything out of the gun.

It just seems very slow to get the run started and the back is almost standing still when he takes the ball. I'd much rather see the back already starting to run when he takes the ball. Also I think Russell sucks at the Pistol because he's no threat to run. That formation works with Kaepernick or Griffin iii not Tyler Russell.
