!'d probably go with Jacobs since he's on a much better team. Also, the Bears are top 5 vs. WR's. in fantasy. On the other hand, Evans is projected to score 16.4 vs. 10.8 for Jacobs in my ppr league.
probably a better option than those two. Hart and Joseph Addai are out, Brown is all they got at RB tomorrow.
I'm in a 14 man league...Brown has been rostered the entire season if you were implying i should be able to pick him up.
