OM, @Bama, @UF, and UK. That's just brutal. If we come out of there with 6 wins I would be happy. I see us winning none @UF, 2 @Bama, and 1 against OM and UK at home. That's 5 and that's why tomorrow is so important for us to win. If we could get 6 in that last 4 and we get a win tomorrow, that would put us at 14 wins and a chance at Hoover.

Really a ****** year to be rebuilding because this may be the deepest the SEC has been in a very long time. 6 teams currently in the Top 25 and we play 3 of them in our final 4 series. If we had this team last year I think we go to Hoover easily and probably win the West. This year we are having to fight a lot harder against much better competition.

But realistically can you see us winning more than 5 games in those last 4 series? I think we certainly have the chance to steal 1 or maybe even2 if we keep getting the pitching we currently are, but I just don't see us taking any games from UF, which means if we want to get 6 more wins we have to win the series against OM, Bama, and UK. I'm just not sure we can do that.

UK, UM, @UT, @LSU (if I recall). We're a 1/2 game ahead of them I think & tied with UT I guess. UT has @ Aub, Vandy, @ Ole Miss, & Arkansas (so theirs ain't no cakewalk either). Sure would be nice to win tomorrow.

on how we do against Alabama on the road. If we sweep them, then yeah, we should win more than five. Even if we take two out of three, it's still doable. I like our odds when Stratton is on the mound against anyone right now- and he's going to get four more starts unless something happens. And then two of those series are in Starkville- that's going to neutralize UK's power. We're 21-6 at home- two of those losses were to top 10 Arkansas. We're awful on the road- we're only 2-9 and 2-10 if you count neutral sites. But, the teams we've faced on the road are better than Alabama, who last I saw was only 11-8 at home- and that was before they lost to Mississippi Valley.

Florida has had some injury issues with their pitching staff- we might be able to win one in part because of that, but yeah getting swept is certainly a distinct possibility as well.

Right now for us it's all about momentum. Can we do the little things necessary to gain momentum. Putting down sac bunts and not popping them up, getting 2 out hits, not making errors. We have to generate confidence and build momentum by doing these things to get us runs and preventteams from getting cheap runs.

If Stratton and Graveman keep doing what they have been though, we could win between 6 and 8 games because as it's been said before, I like my chances with Stratton against anyone in the league right now. A win tomorrow would be huge. Go into our game against USM with some major confidence then come back home and try to take the series from OM.If we can do that, I think Dudy Noble will be packed that weekend and that could really give us an advantage. </p>

we have to come together and gel offensively. Inexperienced teams tend to be streaky- which is what we've seen. I hope we click these last five weeks.

And we better sweep MVSU.

I see us taking two from the Webels. If we get swept by Florida, we have to take two of three from both Bama & UK, but I believe we"ll do that. And I expect us to win one in Gainesville.
It's doable and I believe we'll get it done.
