Rossi isn't the one missing tackles. 70% of the lack of success on defense can be attributed to piss poor tackling. What happened to squaring up and wrapping? Too much diving for shoes with this team.

defense was just as bad under Dave Cohen. DC is bad, but the problems start at the top. firing Rossi just gives the idiot more time to ruin this program

when your backs are sitting 10-15 yards off the line and all the offense needs is 5yards for 1st down, I would tend to think the coaches game plane has a lot to do with it. Agreed, tackling should be done properly, but when players are not in position, then they are forced to tackle at differently angles and while in pursuit. It's a no win situation for these kids.
