Bumphis has blown tonight. I hate seeing Tyler get a pick on that with Bumphis falling on his *** on a simple hook route. The throw was right where Bumphis would have been.

I still think starting Tyler Russell will be best for us. I think it will open up the run game. Guys stack the box so much because Relf runs it or hands it off, so if we put a QB back there that can throw it halfway decent, defense will have to back off. I don't think we need Relf to run the ball. Ballard and Perk are good, and they can do it themselves with out Relf.

I'm just saying it's not a coincidence that Alabama pressured us on first down the same night South Carolina beat Florida. No way it's a coincidence.

That wasn't the first time he'd been pressured... hell he completed a nice 15 or 20 yards pass with two defenders chasing him the previous series. You are really reaching now to make the same point you've been hammering home all season. We get it. You don't like Russell. Fine. But its hardly hurting anything having him out there now.

that Relf is a better QB than Russell shows this entire board your ignorance. The fact that you root against Russell (An MSU player)and LOVE LSU tells us something else. You figure it out genius. So how is your site going? Crashed yet from being overwhelmed byall of your visitors? Didn't think so.

playing SEC football right now...I am NOT saying that will be the case next season...no doubt he needed to play in mop-up tonight

If he started against UPig- he would easily throw 4 picks...he is not ready to be an SEC starter

Idiotic. Even using your "logic" that Bumphis fell trying to compensate for the pass sucked. There's no way he has those cat-like reflexes. And to say that was the first time he had pressure? You really do make your own reality.

Relf is a much better QB than Russell which is why he starts and plays nearly every snap. Russell may have better pure passing ability, but that's not the only factor in playing QB.

But Relf isn't really either. Why not play the guy with the better upside when the game is already out of hand?

1. Dan Mullen thinks Ralph is a better QB too- that's why he 17'ing plays him every week and not Russell- common sense points to you as the idiot

2. I dont root against Russell- I'm glad he got some garbage time tonight- ****, I called for it to happen

3. I'm averaging over 1,750 hits a day without the message board even added yet- I think the site is going to be ok

I love me some morons

I guess that we will have to agree to disagree. The ONLY reason that Relf is starting is because it would be hard for us to beat teams throwing the ballthis yearwith our young and inconsistent receiver play.Russel is a passing qbso if our gameplan is to only throw 10 passes, he shouldn't start. WithRelf, itwouldn't matter ifwe had 5 Julios, he wouldn't deliver. We try to run the ball and the clock to compensate for Relf's "abilities". If we had an adequate receiving corp, Russell would start and I fully believe that Russell will beat out Relf next year. I know that you probably disagree and that is fine, we will just have to wait and see how it plays out. I think that Russell did a good job tonight, he should have been rusty considering his lack of playing time. That was not the case.

Listen, I've been with you on the QB situation from day 1... I think Relf fits what we want to do AND that Russell isn't ready, but you're twisting it to fit your agenda on this one like you always do. I'm a big Relf supporter and agree on the situation, but that play wasn't on Russell, Bumphis didn't slip b/c he was trying to "adjust" to a bad throw

What's going to be your excuse when Russell doesnt start next year? Because it's highly unlikely we start Russell over Ralph next year...we didnt start Ralph every game this season just to play Russell next year

for everything you say, you turn around & contradict yourself so you can always claim to be right......damn flip-flopper

the receiver was on the ground as the ball was being released......just shut up

if your opinion really mattered you wouldn't be posting on a message board, or pimping your blog everywhere.

I swear, would you just shut up & stop acting as though you are the all knowing guru of all things sports, it really does get old watching you come over to explain how you are right about this or that.

Russell is not ready, we know, will he get better w/ time, probably so, are you a douche bag, absolutely yes.

if you have to always prove how you are right, then you probably didn't make a compelling argument to begin w/.

you are the reason why they need to develop a head douche

of our points are attributed to Tyler Russell. Really, he was responsible for 70% of our points because we would not have been able to attempt an extra point tonight if he had not taken over late in the game. Not bad numbers considering that he only playedone third of a quarter.

So you didn't want to count "garbage time" points last year but tonight's count?

Shouldn't you be busy seeing how many times you can go to your own website to increase your hit count?

so you people would get to see him perform vs a 1st team defense when it matters
