Posted a similar sentiment in the game thread but I thought it Bared repeating. Losing is one thing, but this is a whole other thing.

Not playing rettig through the first three quarters in this blowout is an act of defiance. If he wants to send a message that he feels he is untouchable, then he should have to deal with the repercussions. How much longer do we have to endure everything that was built from the ground up to be torn down

Now with the post game press conference he's going for broke. Daring the AD to step in and talk to or remove him.

He wasn't ready when he got the job. And has not grown into it. Time for someone in authority to stop this burning down of the program from continuing. Remember Flood inherited perhaps the most talented team overall in RU history and the best recruiting class. Years later these games speak for themselves.

yea but he might beat a 3 win Neb team and all will be well In flood land again. all the floodies will be pounding there chests about beating another losing team. he cant beat a winning team so they will pump up the victories against crap teams and say see what a great coach he is. man, fire this clown already !!!!

I've supported Flood thus far and realize with no real Big10 money coming our way anytime soon, he probably won't be fired because zero-balance Barchi would never allow RU to spend the market rate to get a good coach. But, having said that, after freezing my *** off in the rain in the upper deck of Camp Randall Stadium watching today's sh@t show, where Laviano clearly didn't have it and Flood did nothing, I am done supporting him!

If Flood's issues were B10 money based and it appeared he was trying things to move the program forward and create excitement, we would have all continued the support he had initially from almost all.

Flood however has done nothing to next to nothing to create interest and many things to downright alienate those who bleed scarlet. I always felt Shea was trying anything he could but was not a program builder/ceo. Flood is clearly no ceo but he seems more intent on proving he is right and not studying changing dynamic (for fear of being shown he was wrong??) than trying anything for the best interest of RU and the program.

Flood's actions have actually entrenched an ever growing segment of those turned off by RU fball. He clearly doesn't care or isn't aware of how little interest there was in RU fball before GS and how hard it was to get to the silver platter point he was handed. Frankly, I don't care if he is clueless or downright antagonistic towards RU's future at this point--all I know is he's continually moving that future in the wrong direction and it needs to be addressed.
