Louisville has some pieces but no star. No dude. In some respects it reminds me of our team last season. I think Kelsey bought a bunch of role players. Several of which have a history of injuries. We'll see.
Yeah, I was thinking pretty good for Louisville. 😂. Probably start the season around the number 8-11 spot and fade to about 15 as the season goes on. I do like their freshman 5 star center. Even though he reclassified, he’s a brute for his age. He’s going to be a good one down the road.

If Louisville can get 13 points a game out of him plus what he brings in rebounding and defensively, they will be more than happy with him. The had a soft Fru last year and a 6-6 PF in Hadley. Conwell looks like their biggest loss right now.
He is definitely an improvement over Fru for sure, I just don't see where the 3 point shooting is? Last year they had 3 damn good ones that are now gone.

The dumbest stat in sports is height without shoes. +/- for a single game is right up there as well
Never understood the "height without shoes" were they planning on playing barefooted at one point? 🤣🤣🤣 the +/- is a relatively more modern stat, I don’t mind it really, kind of tells the story of if they totally sucked or not, how many times did JJ have a (-) lol.

Shelstad is a career 36% shooter and Knox is 36%-that supried me. Wooley is 39%. The big guy from Iowa is 35%

Knox % is very misleading because he didn't get that many 3 point attempts per game, too many ball hogs on that team. They don't have nothing like McNeely, Brown or Cromwell. I was surprised when I read that Folgueres (sp) only averaged like 8 points per game at Iowa.

They had him out of position playing Center. Iowa also had one of the slowest paced offenses in the Country.

True. Looks like the sacrificed some at the 3 point line to bring in some beef underneath. The best 3 point shooter the had was Hadley at 44% but he was a 6-6 PF

I disagree. Shelstad is a great player….if healthy.

Knox shot 34% on 8 threes a game in the OTE league in high school too. That’s about what he is ~ 35-40%
