..there hasn't been one selected. The Mize Pavilion went through a selected bidders process so I assume the football facility will too.
That's why I'm skeptical that construction will begin next month. Perhaps some earthwork will start, but construction... no way.

where construction will take part in pieces with individual parts being done step by step. The architecture firm has likely finished the grading design and they have already selected someone to do that. I work in an architectural firm and most of the work we do is "piece-mealed" out to where we can be assured that the best work in each area is done seperately.
