I think we definately need to get a QB to groom to replace Russell if Favre can't handle the job, so that's a need.

We always need o-linemen no matter what. We should sign a minimum of three a year. Redmond is a great start here.

We need a TE/H-back.

WR is a major need. I think we have a ton of athletes that can play the slot positions, but the X and Y WR are big time needs. I'd really like to get a tall guy like Morrow out of Ocean Springs and then a go to guy like Brassell from South Panola. Don't know if those two are realistic.

RB- I don't really see a really good one out there this year. Not really a need with Conner, Perkins, Wells, Griffen.

FB- MAYBE a FB. We seem to have pretty good luck filling this with walk-ons as it is, though.

DL- Maybe a DE. We seem to be in good shape with McKenzie, Boyd, Cox, Euells, Virges,

LB- Off to a great start with C J Johnson. We have Deontae Skinner, Cameron Lawrence, and Bohanna. Wouldn't mind a couple more. Christian Holmes looks like a good player to.

S- Would definately like to get Arrington from Stone County. Have Thames, Whitley, Banks for now.

CB- Whitehead is a nice get. Would also like Gholson from Pascagoula. We're OK here with Broomfield, maybe Darius Slay, Jay Hughes here.

K/P- We need someone to replace Brauchle and Hutchins. Maybe a walk-on.

Snapper- I miss Croom. Ya'll are going to regret all of the mean things you said about him when we can't snap the ball anymore. (sarcasm)

I don't think there is anyway we need a FB or 5 DL. I think 3 or 4 is plenty for DL. We're only losing one to graduation, and will only have 2 upperclassmen on the 2 deep. We need offensive skill players, mainly WR and some LB's. We don't really have a pressing need for a RB. Need a TE, 3-4 OL. 3-4 WR. Probably 4 LB's, and 4 DB's. Still a long way to go until any predictions need to be made even though I think we could possibly have 10-12 commits by the time the season starts.
