For reference- LSU's new stadium cost about 35 million and South Carolina's cost 20 million per what I found on the Internet. I found the LSU number off of a message board, so take it for what it's worth.
I'm not sure how much of that cost goes into putting in an entirely new field- with a drainage system and all of those things, and those stadium also needed a new outfield, which is something that we could also save some money on. There's nothing wrong with our fence, and really, we also don't need a scoreboard, although personally, I would like a new one, but again is a place where we could save some money as well. But all of those things that I mentioned were things that those new stadiums had to have and factored into the cost of the stadium.
But to answer your question- yeah, I do think that we have the stroke in baseball to pull in a 15-20 million dollar donation.
