of a locker room celebration after a big win in Oxford. As far as I know he doesn't use that line in any formal powerpoint presentation to recruits. To me, Freeze saying that in the forum its being reported to have taken place just smacks of desparation.

I'm not saying that we'll win this year's Egg Bowl by any means, but is it too hard to think that Freeze might actually believe that he can win it? I mean, he is undefeated as a HC at Ole Miss.

Calling it 60-42 perplexes me. In actual, on-field results it is 58-44. We had to vacate two seasons(both State wins) because of NCAA violations. I've never known a team to claim a victory for a game they lost that later had to be vacated. It should go down as if the game was never played, IMO, and the record should be 58-42. I also know that State's official numbers and OM's official numbers have disagreed on this for a long time, but I don't know if they have changed or not.

But if anyone will revise history in this manner, it is definitely Ole Miss. If we were them, we'd be hanging a "Sweet 16" banner from 2008 and congratulating Arkansas on their 2011 Sugar Bowl win.

to Mullen because of the similarities of UM now and us in 2003. I think I`m going to end up more pissed off at Crxxm than ever.

The wins from 1975-77 weren't vacated, they were forfeited. 60-42 is technically correct.

They may have been forfited , but Rebs my age know they lost them. How do I know? Because I was at both and saw cussing, bitching, and crying Reb fans after both. Believe me, it's 58-44.
