For the Alabama Sixpackers: Beer Bottle Bill

Because beer is sports related, I have no qualms putting this up here. The bill allowing larger bottle sizes (up to 750 ml) has been passed by both chambers of the legislature and is before the governor. Please contact the governor (http://governor.alabama.gov/contact/contact_form.aspx) to ask him to sign it. The beer selection in Alabama will get so much better after bombers are legal.

Strangely, some counties already allow higher volume bottles.

No quarts, no 40's and I think no 24oz. 16oz is largest allowed.

edited to add some counties just got draft allowed, no kegs, even in bars until a couple of years ago.
