I feel like by most quantifiable measures, Caitlin Clark has to be the runaway favorite, but I suppose if they want to give it to someone it might actually matter to, St. Clair runs 3rd in total followers, 2nd in follower to follows ratio, and 3rd in followers to posts ratio. So, excluding Caitlin Clark, I would say it’s St. Clair or Bullock.
