Wow! I guess I forgot Bond fumbled the snap on the final play. Donald Ray King went to a rival high school and was involved in my one and only NCAA violation. The next year the mall in Laurel opened & I was working at the Chick Fil A. Donald Ray came in with Johnnie Cooks. I gave them both a free sandwich, fries & a Coke.
He didn’t fumble it, the Bama LB/DL slapped it (which is illegal) but, of course, the refs didn’t call it.
You do realize that because of your admission, the NCAA will now vacate our 6-3 win.
I thought I heard Kent Hull say one time that they did throw a flag on it. Doesn't matter though. We recovered it.
Heh...when I worked at mazzios, I gave pretty much all of the athletes free drinks and other stuff. Most of the time, it was the girls basketball team and some of the volleyball players.
Eventually, the manager busted me because I wasn't supposed to be ringing it up by myself, but I had their codes because I would do all sorts of admin stuff for them.
