Being corroborated doesn't make it untrue. Everyone who jas interviewed her has said she appears credible. Also, her witnesses said they couldn't remember the specific night in detail, but that they did admit to attending several parties like the one mentioned. She also knew a lot of details about the guys around that time frame, like when and where they worked, who they socialized with, parties they attended. Seems credible.
Regardless, you did say it was proven false, but that isn't accurate at all. It was never on trial to be decided. Statute of limitations was expired. That was just a senate hearing to decide whether to confrim a justice. 47 people agreed with her side pf events. Well over the amount needed to convict in a court of law.
