Well, I had heard there were some issues there but I figured nothing would happen until the end of the year.

his Dad has some sort of problem with Cohen. I don't know what. And supposedly, Moore and Cody Freeman were going to Delta State together. That remains to be seen.

He's the third of many. Many individuals to leave the team. In the end I think it's for the best.

..he's leaving because he's not SEC material.

What is "symbolic" about that?

The more I read your concern troll takes on MSU sports, the more I feel I owe OMlawdog an apology.

tell your mom she still owes Dawgstudent money for all the beer he bought her during the Arkansas weekend of your senior year.

"Hey (Dawgstudent), I don't have my purse. Can you cover my tab for me? I'll get my husband to repay you once we get to the Tatum's skybox."

4 years later, Dawgstudent is still waiting on your mom to repay him for that weekend, and repay him for all the beers she mooched off of him in the parking lot during the SEC Tournament. He reminds us of that everytime we go back.

lol we would be homeless and hungry if we had to pay all the beer back that my mom drank while I was in college... she loved having fun at anybody's expense... lol but seriously I love ms state sports especially baseball and I will never be able to thank the baseball bulldogs for everything they did for me and my family while I was there... I will always pull for the dogs but not always agree with the players they put on the field.. damn grow a pair guys.... play hard for all us guys that are old now and wish we could still be playing there..

Taylor Bennet. I haven't heard or read that name in a long, long time. One of the few, non-qualifier baseball signees I can remember.

I think Lea was the most significant of those that you listed because he had legit SEC ace talent. Plus, when McNickle upset his Dad, it started the chain reaction to where we are now.

People like to hate on the 07 teams talent sometimes, but if we had Lea, that team would have been even better.

I can't keep up with them all. Hell, Holloway disappeared to the Gallapogas Islands and ended up getting drafted.

I've never forgiven Polk for pitching you against a weak UAB team, I believe, and I also believe you pitched very well in that game I recall, and then went with Brad Corley as the starting pitcher in the Mayor's Trophy in 2003. I wanted to pull Corley after three pitches. I had seen enough. Predicatably we lose. To this day, I believe that if you had pitched against Ole Miss in the Mayor's Trophy in 2003 that we would have won.

Of course, that was the same year that Maholm pitched against MTSU in game 1 of the Regional and refused to adjust his rotation. I'll save you the agony since we all know what happened after that.

yeah polk was stubborn in his ways and should of pitched me or allen johnson against mtsu and we would of gone to omaha, because paul would of won one game in the super regional and we could of figured out the other win....lol but those were the days... I will always support and respect polk he made college baseball what it is... all the people complaining about him need to remember that they wouldn't even care about college baseball if he didn't make it what it is today... that is all i have to say I will always support whoever the coach or players are I am and always will be a bulldog...

Yeah, Bennett did not excel in the classroom at Covington. My brother in-law went to school with him and said from the start he would never make it to State. Bennett was focused on getting drafted or going JUCO and getting drafted.

Never the less, Bennet was a Schoenrock recruit. Schoenrock worked hard to sign him.

First, use the google machine to study the meaning of the word "symbolic." Not long into your research, you'll discover you are mis-using the term.

But since you insist on mis-using the word "symbolic," I'll play along & mis-use it with you.

That is to say, if Moore leaving is symbolic of anything, it's symbolic of Cohen purging inferior talent from the squad.

But you have made you feelings about Cohen clear on this board many times, so we understand why you insist on taking your little symbolism metaphor down the Polk path.

From now on, please keep your ignorant musings confined to NAFOOM. I have a feeling NAFOOM is a far less embarrassing forum for you.
