Every program outside the usual 10-15 that recruit at the top every year, is a developmental program. It’s not a new or unique phrase.

Fran Brown failed as a DB coach here, leading one of the worst performing units we had. Once he was gone, the secondary got much much better

He unit performed pretty damn well at UGA but I assume he gets no credit for that“Development Program”

You could go to UGA and coach that unit.
But also, you clearly didn’t look up the stats and are just making things up.
In the year before Fran Brown joined Georgia they were ranked 18th in passing yards per game against their D. And dropped all the way to 61st in Fran’s first season…
Average passer rating also dropped. #2 in nation before Fran, #15 in Fran’s first year
And if you want to see truly horrible numbers — look at his stats/ranks when he took over RU’s unit, and how they rebounded after he left
