Well it's gameday for the start of the 2016 playoffs. I have no idea about this game other than the winner gets the prize of facing Shelby next week. Couldn't get Panther radio on the net last week. Hopefully things got worked out and the crew will be broadcasting tonight. Hope to have some updates in this thread this evening.Gametime: 7:30!

After a couple feeling out series the Panthers use a ground & pound series to take a 7-0 lead early 2Q.
Cramer recovers a pooch kick and drives for the lead the 2pt conv is no good. 12-7 Storm 2Q.

Lost the radio feed, late 2Q Cramer threatening deep in Franklin territory. Using the Gaston Gazette for updates. A bad snap on a punt costs the Panthers 2pts. Cramer had a 1-10 on the Franklin 13 but got nothing out of it. 14-7 Storm @ Halftime.

Panthers drive 80yds aided by a fake punt. Franklin scores on a jump ball catch on 4th & goal from the 8. Knotted up at 14 to start the 4th.
Franklin starting to wear down the Storm via the ground and pound. After a failed Cramer fake punt the Panthers pound their way 48yds to take the lead! 21-14 Panthers about 8 minutes left 4Q.
Cramer marches down the field completing a big 4th down of their own to score the TD. Tied at 21 with about 2 minutes left......great high school playoff game!
Panthers pick six on a lateral to end the game! Final 30-21 Panthers. Great great game! Congrats to the kids on both sides for playing their guts out. Panthers reward is playing Shelby in the next round......GULP!
