Look, right now we are in a dog fight with Ole Miss and everyone knows it. They are pulling recruits from different areas of the country and we have made the State of MS a priority. No matter how good some of you think Kailo Moore is, and no matter how big of a loss it may actually be to our recruiting class, from a perception and momentum standpoint, our staff has to get their *** in gear and win this battle.
Kailo, isn't gone. Kailo is still a MSU commit and we need to stalemate OM's current momentum right where it is now. You cannot say you are making Mississippi a priority and winning the state when you lose Connor and Moore in the same class. Futhermore, we lost CJ and Ward. We are not controlling the state of MS in recruiting if OM gets the top player in the state every year.
No matter how good Mullen actually thinks Kailo is, he needs this one to hang his hat on.
My question is: Why aren't MSU fans putting pressure on Kailo to fullfill his commitment?
Why isn't the MSU media doing the same as Johnson and Yancy?
If this staff doesn't step up right now and sell the **** out of 3 straight bowl games and an 8 win season, then this program is will start to crumble. You can't afford to consistently lose battles for big time in-state players and expect to build a program. If they can't sell MSU right now, then when will they ever?
Kailo, you are bulldog
