Just heard a line backer portal player from Mount Pleasant who enrolled at Concord just went back to Mount Pleasant.

when will the state see issues with allowing this transfer stuff?? There is no loyalty!

It's not up to the state (NCHSAA). The local school systems are the ones whose rules must be followed. As for loyalty, just look at college sports and the transfer portal. Poop runs downhill.

Gotcha. I don’t understand how this young man practiced with one team up until Tuesday and now can transfer. Seems that would forfeit MP’s season if someone complained. I guess being told once you practice on the first official day of practice you are locked in was not true.

Ive seen kids move mid-season before.
