How does it work if you pick early in the week? Are you locked into the line at the time or are you subject to any changes in the lines? I have always done it after the final lines, so I've always wondered.

Couldn't tell you. It doesn't matter when I pick them. Early in the week or late in the week, I do them all in about three minutes.
