Out of state game interest as Dutch Fork will travel to Gaffney on 8/27. Gaffney has rich tradition and is tough at the Reservation as they call it. Interesting to see how this game turns out. Hopefully no covid issues. Interesting in the thoughts of this game.

I hope Knotts and Dutch Fork win and I think they will. They put up 70 points last night.
One thing I have learned over the years is to never count Gaffney out when they are the underdog...they seem to always play well when people expect them to lose...saying that, Dutch Fork is the best team in North or South Carolina so it's going to be a tall task for Gaffney.
Last time Dutch Fork played a team from North Carolina they did not win.
That's honestly doesnt take away from my statement...Dutch Fork is the best team...no disrespect intended...not sure who you may think is better, but inwould take Dutch Fork at this present moment.
Opinion's are fine. I would give several NC teams a shot at DF. Chambers. Hough, Grimsley would give them every thing they wanted. Just like Mallard Creek did at DF in 2019.
I agree...there are also several teams in SC that could give them a run for their money...agree 100% bout NC also.
We know Chambers plays up to (or down to) the competition and sometimes gets bit because of that but the team I watched against CG Friday would have a tough time against the previous DF squads although it is a new season.
Still do not understand the MC O game plan in that playoff loss.
Head scratching offensive performances we a large part of the Palmieri run. It seems to have followed him to GA.
Bit OT but not a lot of talk about Chambers game against Highland Springs this weekend. I would give the nod to Chambers, but if they don't clean up their mistakes, they will lose.
His squad Denmark moved up from Div 3, to the highest division in Ga his 1st year. He made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs with very low numbers, about 30 players. His salary has doubled from his days at MC.

Thought that had to be a mistake, but sure enough Maxpreps has 38 players on their roster. Denmark has produced some talent in the past, but how in the world do you compete in GA 7A (?) with less than 40 players on the team? That's unreal.

The Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) varsity football team lost Friday's home non-conference game against Cedartown (GA) by a score of 7-3.
Awful news that a DF player passed away after collapsing at practice yesterday. Praying for that community.
