Galax and Chilhowie points

Grayson is quietly sitting at 7-1 with their only loss being to undefeated Glenvar. Galax and Grayson is a pretty big rivalry being they are only 15 miles apart, I do think if Galax plays to their capabilities they can win the game but if they are off Grayson will win. I believe if Galax and Chilhowie win out that Galax will edge them out in points.
I think Galax will have the edge also. I added Chilhowie's points up and total they have 184. It was 172 without the points that they got off of their past opponents wins last Friday. 6 of their opponents won.
I think you are correct, Galax total will be different as well and I went back and changed it.

I am sure Chilhowie would much rather have the home field in the state semi. Although if both teams make it that far. (Alot of football left to be played ) it would benefit who ever went on to state by playing on Galaxs turf field the week before playing on Salems turf in the finals. If both can make it to the semi finals.
I have Chilhowie 184 through week 9 with 70-72 possible points left. For a total of 254-256. The questionable 2 points is what Eastside does next Friday night. As far as Galax. I think it’ll be what happens with Auburn and Rural Retreat. I still have Chilhowie up in total points with Galax getting a high of 253 that includes getting two more from Auburn if they beat RR. This is based on my unofficial spreadsheet. Lol.

Wouldn't Galax receive the points regardless of who wins the RR and Auburn game since they played both of them?

VHSL week 10 has Chilhowie with 16 points for winning and 16 bonus points. I have them with 20 bonus points. 16 bonus points for Patrick Henry’s 8 wins and 2 bonus points from J.I. Burton and 2 bonus points from VA High’s wins for a total of 20. What am I figuring wrong?
They go back and add the points to each opponent. So they may have gained the 4 more points, but those dont figure into win 10 opponent
Same thing for week 9. I have them with 14 bonus points and VHSL has 6. Gunz41 I’m not sure I understand.
For a win you get a certain amount of points, so if Patrick Henry was 8-0 16 for class and 16 bonus for each of their wins. That game is all that is accounted that week. Rider points for each week is added to the previous game. So say for instance they played someone week 1. They beat them, so at the time, it would show 16 and 0, at the end of the season, if that team ended with 5 wins, that first week game would now read 16 and 10
The week X bonus points are ONLY the points gained from the week 10 opponent.
If the team you beat in Week 9 also won, those 2 points are added in the bonus points section in Week 9.
