I haven't done any online gambling in several years but with the line for the bears being at 5.5 wins, I considering a return to action. Who else plans on jumping on this? I have looked and tried to find six wins for them and I'm having a hard time finding them. What is the pack's analysis?

with some luck, they ain't getting to 6 wins.

Unfortunately, the under has been bet so much that that odds on it are pretty ******. I believe Under 5.5 is playing at like -400 now.

If anyone can find somewhere to get Under 5.5 for something close to even money, someone let me know. I'll gladly get some of that action.

much less the SEC

They will be about last year- maybe slightly better on D to keep games a little closer.

No way their starting QB finishes the season healthy- their OL is going to be awful

But since they scheduled like idiots, they will go 3-1 in nonconference instead of 4-0. I think beating any SEC team would count as an upset, so I doubt they pull 3 upsets out of Texas A&M/Auburn/Vanderbilt/us, but it's not completelyimpossible.

Us-Beaten them down the last three years and have what is likely the 3rd best defense in the best defensive conference in the nation.
Vanderbilt-Held them scoreless for almost 58 minutes last year. Returning Zac Stacy and Jordan Rodgers.
Auburn-Very good D-Line. Will overwhelm them in the trenches. I don't think they have a linebacker that can handle Lutzenkirchen.
Texas A&M-Christene Micheal and Ryan Swope will overload the defense. Plus because they'll have played Texas by that point they'll have a mentality of putting up more points than

As you said, they'll go 3-1 OOC because of Texas. They're not going to win any away games, and they don't look to be winning any of their home games either. Sure, it's not completely impossible, but it's probably the safest bet of the year.

Why would you need anything close to even money for that bet? I'm not up on betting terminology, but if -400 means you have to put up $400 to win $100, that's a damn good bet.</p>
