If I were sitting on Death Row and my execution was imminent, I don't think I would appreciate a one-day stay.
Horns taking advantage of their time in SC. They are in Chucktown next week for games vs CofC and ElCid. Lucky Cougars and Bulldogs.

I notice Xavier had several different opponents lined up on their trip down here, including Coastal.
I would like to see us do something similar. Let's say that we are scheduled to play at LSU over Spring Break. Instead of hurrying back to Columbia afterwards to host PC, why not (if the budget allows) play at Tulane? They can play a return game in Columbia enroute to/from ECU. And not necessarily in the same year.
Doesn't roll off the tongue as easily, but it's probably accurate.

It's going to be miserable baseball weather - at least for today.
So we finally played. Y'all scored 5 runs on Pete Hansen. Last year Pete Hansen was named an Honorable Mention All-Big selection…made 19 total appearances with 14 starts on the mound…finished with a 9-1 record and a 1.88 ERA in 91 innings pitched…struck out 80 batters to only 23 walks and held opponents to a .201 batting average. This year (2022), before this game, was 2-0 with a 0.53 ERA in 17 innings.
Ivan Melendez has the nickname "the Hispanic Titanic". I thought that clever, but not sure why it was given. He sinks so many ships? Two home runs today.
