“Technically” the little brother(s) did kill Cersei by leading her down to the dragon basement where she subsequently died.

Very subpar in terms of substance.

Euron, one of the greatest warriors in the world, getting killed by one handed Jaime is laughable.
No one is going to be happy with any death at this point.

People were mad when the best assassin in the world killed ice daddy

Now it flips

One of the best knights who indeed is missing a hand but determined to get to his sister kills ship daddy who's supposed to be an even better warrior...ppl mad

Varys death was good, even though I hated it.

Jaime couldn't even compete with ilyn Payne. Bron toyed with him. Euron was one of the greatest warriors in the world and still Jaime kills him?

Just to run in and die to cave in?

Euron wasn’t portrayed as a great warrior on the show, I’m guessing he was in the books but this show is not meant to be an exact extension of the books. On the show Jaime killed a cutthroat backstabber who used deception as a weapon more than pure battle skill.

Jora Mormont killed Cersei when he stopped Daenerys from drinking the poisoned wine.

We’re we supposed to get the warm and fuzzies when Jamie and Cersei were reunited by their undying love and died in each other’s arms? Because that’s what they made it seem like.

What has been the point of Jamie’s character for the last 6 years if it’s all thrown away in an episode and 5 minutes?

This is what pissed me off. Risked his life fighting the army of the dead, seemingly fell in love with Brienne and took her virginity...for what exactly?

I really liked the episode. For once no one held Dany and Dragon back and it was nice to finally see the power that the dragon supposedly possessed according to the stories from the past.

IMO Dany went off after she came to the realization that she would never be able to rule those people once they found out who Jon was and decided if she couldn't no one would. Varys deserved to die, you don't plot against your queen and live to tell about it. I was really getting disappointed with for not doing something about since he was so into her being what was best.

Really felt with the look grey worm gave Jon that they were going to take him out but luckily it didn't happen, not yet anyway. No clue what Euron was in teh books but to say he's one of the best fighters is kinda laughable. Jamie with two hands cuts him in half in less than a minute, he also just got done fighting the dead, Euron never did crap but kill his aging brother.

I don't know how long it took Euron to swim to the shore, I doubt he was at anything near full strength.

It's funny how ppl are like that's not even realistic..theres still dothraki there and I did a head count on all of them, or psh euron just died by a sword...or whatever

Then they are pissed when people dont die in a huge elaborate way unlike reality in which ppl die.

I thought the show was good.

Still enough to sort through, but if you thought those people would fight for that kingdom for a POS queen, yea right!

That dragon torching everything was perfect!

Clearly you could see in Jon Snows eyes and Tyrion that they believed in a person that is wrong!

Next week should be very good.

I want to be queen to bring good to the people.

Don't use your dragons to become queen, innocent people will die.

Uses dragons quite surgically to only kill soldiers

We give up. You are our queen.

Burn innocent motherf###ers.

Great points
The prophecy of Cersei somewhat did happen. She died with a valonqar with his arms around her. Everyone thought it would be Tyrion killing her or a twist with Jamie killing her. I'm pretty sure the prophecy also said she would die with only 3 children.

Ppl obsess over the book portions but ignore the prophecies the show itself gives.

Granny Tyrell told him she would be the death of him. In season 5 he told bronn he wanted to die in the arms of the woman be loves.

Shes been awful to Tyrion the whole time bc of the prophecy..yet he has never tried or wanted to kill her..he wanted to save her.

absolutely loved this episode. Yes this season is rushed... but they were only given so much money per season... they couldnt afford more episodes in a big battle like this.

GRRM always said the end will be bittersweet and now we know why....

Anyone defending this season is a pure idiot. It’s easily the worst of the series. Made even more of a joke that it took two years to make. Just like with the NK, the big bad Cersei who everyone has waited for to die for years is killed basically standing with Jamie waiting for everything to fall on them and kill them. Jesus what a horrible way to kill her, Jamie too.

Seriously, how in the hell do you take two years to film 6 episodes and make it feel like you rushed through writing and filming it in just a couple months? In ALL the other seasons, nearly every single death had meaning behind it. You felt it. These last 3 episodes they’ve basically just lined up main characters one by one in front of the firing squad killing them off quickly and without hardly any meaning or emotion behind it.

The most “moved” I’ve been of any death was the Hounds and Jorahs. The rest were rushed and cheap and many of those characters deserved better. Especially the NK, Jamie, Varys, Cersei.

But whatever, fanboys will say “well nobody would be happy with any way they did it.” That’s crap. This has been a masterpiece of a show for 7 seasons. They could have easily gotten this right and in a way people would have liked it or atleast been okay with it. But it’s like they’ve gone out of their way to screw it up and make people dislike it.

Discount Jack Sparrow should have ignored Jaime and GTF out of Dodge with the row boat.

Maybe Brandon Stark, sorry, I mean the three eyed raven, will make an appearance in the next episode and let us know.

Traveling north to become the three eyed raven was a pretty elaborate way to become NK bait, and nothing else.
