How much of GWs passing is the coaching staff lack of development?
How much practice time are we spending on the passing game?

Can’t just expect it to show up on gameday without putting in the time during camp or practice.

But isn't this on the HC for just refusing to bring in better competition for the position? Who else does this? GS has hitched his entire wagon to Gavin developing into a proficient QB. I would have to think GW's progression might be faster with more competition in the room. When he throw a good ball it is tantalizing but there are so many bad throw but with regard to accuracy and touch that it is hard to watch.
Really, you think he hasn’t been trying to recruit other QBs?

if Evan Simon agreed to play in 4 games, this needs to be one of them.

He needs to start the second half, which won’t happen.

Play calling is terrible. Back to that delayed run up the gut crap. Did KC spend the week in the Bahamas? That's not a top 20 OC.

GW missed a WIDE open KM on the 1st drive when he zinged it into a well covered CD, who dropped it.

Why do we refuse to have GW do a backside keeper after watching opposing QB'S do it to us every week??

Not sure what Loyal was thinking on Indiana's last TD. they are using that QB because of his legs. You'd think after Michigan burning him a couple of times, you'd have more discipline.

Yes Simon please. GW is awful.

Lol Let the team get bowl eligible...you want a QB that isn't as much of a running threat and depend on his arm talent, let's see what happens. Haven't seen anything from Gavin that makes him unbenchable. I just assumed the coaches see Simon in practice every day and I saw him start games last year and throw multiple ducks and interceptions. But I guess the team is playing too poorly for the fan base to put up with Gavin's inconsistencies.. let's see how the team responds to benching Gavin in favor of Evan Simon...

I don’t know if I’d call us a poor man’s Iowa but we’re in the that mold…relying a lot on defense and STs

I don't get the sense that he has been entertaining the idea of bringing in a top grad or non grad transfer who at a minimum, would want an assurance that there would be an open competition at the position.

Yep GW still isnt seeing the field well and sails the intermediate throws. But why isn’t kirk calling plays to put more pressure on the d and simplifying the throws for GW?
The playcalling inside the 10 is atrocious. Attack the edge with run pass option rather than that stupid RB lead n

You want Evan Simon in there? Or what do you guys want to be done when you keep complaining Abt the 19 year old qb not being perfect every play..
I gotta be honest I am a guy who was a big fan in the 2000s, got a life, got disgusted and turned off by Ash (who wouldn’t), and now I’m a lightweight fan. I never saw Simon play. GW might be the best they have now and might do enough to deliver a 6-6 record and a yankee bowl. But i just imagine how good the team would be with Ryan Hart or Teel.

No, you might want to read the rule.

you can be wrong sometimes. Let it rest.

When his knee hit - his hip was at the goal line - if his hip was at the goal line when his knee hit - then obviously the ball (which would be in his arms) - would be BEYOND the goal line. Last I checked when the ball is well beyond the goal line when the knee hit then that’s a TD.

It’s funny that we all agree the passing game stinks, but a surprisingly large portion of fans seem to want more passing

Even Noah at QB gives us a better offense.

We are playing well
Grinding out yards.

We aren't built to score 50
But we can run the ball and grind out victories
