Of course he got several questions about SEC and adjusting to the level of play. But it's almost like he doesn't believe it's going to be that much different. How much different do you guys think it wil be for these new guys? I think they will find that this league wears you out... So you better have a real 2 deep upfront. He's a good coach, I say 4 league wins tops...probably 3.

I think it will be harder for Mizzou than A&M. Granted A&M is having to play in the West, which is harder but they also played in the Big 12 South and that's not an easy division. However, the Big 12 North is awful, especially after Nebraska left. I think Mizzou is the going to finish 4th in the East this year... maybe 5th depending on TN.

the entire year. It seems that Pinkel thinks it's going to be no different from the Big 12. I don't get it. Missouri is razor thin on the Dline and the guys they have are nothing special. Look for them to be competitive early in the year but fall apart later.

Their defense is going to be in for a shock when it comes to the physicality of the offenses they are going up against, but they are going to win some games next year. There isn't a team in the East that they can't beat. Not saying they are going to make too much of racket in conference play next year, but they don't have to be scared of anyone in the division.

It is hilarious that SEC fans and media members have basically written them off, but anyone who is a competitor is going to get pissed when people assume they simply aren't tough enough.

TAMU is going to be in for the biggest culture shock. They're defense is going to get gashed every game. At least Missouri was top ten in the nation in rushing yards per game last year.

But I don't think either of them will get gashed or embarrassed. They have to adjust to the SEC, but the SEC has to adjust to them too. Nobody has brought that up yet. B12 has some big time offenses and everybody assumes that SEC defenses will stop them cold automatically. The last time that sentiment was tested, Steve Spurrier spent the better part of a decade proving it wrong. I think A&M has a tougher time of things this year, of the two, but that's due to the amount of turnover their program saw this offseason. They will both be fine sooner rather than later.

We will have to play well to beat either one of them I'm pretty sure and we should be a pretty good team in the SEC so there you have it.

USCe and UGA are both good teams, but would have finished fourth in the West last year. This year should be similar depending on how much Arkansas drops off. Kentucky is bad, Vanderbilt is right there with them, and then I guess UT and UF will be a step above them, but nothing special. A good big 12 team would have no problem competing for the east championship right now, and I don't see why Mizzou can't finish third.

Texas A&M is going to be another story. I think they'll be ok, but it will be interesting to see how they adjust to not having conference opponents that are patsies. Outside of Ole Miss, every conference game is losable, with some being sure losses. Not sure how they will respond to that; I doubt they simply collapse, but I woudln't be surprised to see them drop a game they shouldn't simply because they've never had to run a gauntlet like that before.
