Yes, they are and I must say it is long long overdue. The sound system at Dudy Noble was AWFUL!!! The previous system had those massive speakers in the outfield that had to be blasted so the people sitting in the chairbacks could hear them. Trying to enjoy pregame festivities in the outfield was terrible because you were deafened by the pregame music. I am looking forward to chilling in the lounge pregame without having to yell at the person sitting next to me.
