If she's employed by the athletic department, and not Petrino, technically she would not be his employee. I don't know what the pecking order is, but of course, in reality she would be his subordinate.<div>

My concern was to protect my family and a previous inappropriate relationship from becoming public. In hindsight, I showed a serious mistake in judgment when I chose not to be more specific about those details. Today, I’ve acknowledged this previous inappropriate relationship with my family and those within the athletic department administration.

I know how Arkansans are pretty liberal in their interpretations of simple words, but I'm surprised Petrino's personal attorney or the University's legal staff allowed him to acknowledge an "inappropriate" relationship with a subordinate in writing.
