Fake News. She was probably busy running a triathlon.
She was asleep during arguments. Nothing new. It has happened several times. They already know how they will vote before taking a case.

Until you can come up with our articles of surrender to Vietnam you can roll all the faggy emojies you want googlemoron.
Under the provisions of the Paris Accords, we withdrew from Vietnam in 1973 and essentially stopped all support to the government in Saigon, and within 18 months there was no more government in Saigon and it was renamed Ho Chi Minh City. The document may not have said surrender, but that's what it was.

She was a no show because she doesn't like Biff. Alito did the same thing to Obama.

Not the entire story. Alito did not attend last night either. He stopped in 2010 when Obama called out SCOTUS during his speech. Ginsberg has always attended. This was a first. Thomas does not attend them either.

Ginsberg has become pretty political this year, forced to apologize, so her absence was no surprise. Said she would move if Trump were elected if I recall correctly, to New Zealand, I think.

She's losing it. Personally, I think an age limit would be appropriate for all of SCOTUS. I think she is 84, time to retire. I would arbitrarily put the age limit at 80.

I wouldnt put an age limit on it. I would just execute the wvcooper plan and put her out.

Why don't you kiss my ***, you're a fine one to be criticizing anyone else for a know-it-all. You can find the information about the Paris Accords pretty easily - it took me all of three minutes. I know you know something about how to use the internet, you spend enough time here. Or does somebody else do your surfing for you?

What part of mind your own business is so hard to understand grandpa? I dont care what your opinion of the Paris Accord is. It is no surrender.
