I will be at the Yankees/Rangers game. It starts at noon, but my wife wants to stay until the end. So, I will attempt to watch the start on my phone if the bandwidth permits. That's not a gimme at the ballpark. Really didn't want to go today. It's a work perk. Free tickets, parking and food. Can't beat that.

I'll be praying for a 1-0 game ending in 2 hours and 17 minutes. No pitchin changes, reviews, or anything else that will lengthen the game.

Thank you. I was going the game tomorrow knowing that it would most likely be my last game of the season due to football season. My work offered the free tickets and my wife begged to go.

Well the Husker game will probably be 4 hours again so hopefully you won't miss much.

I hope it goes at least 16 innings because Husker Football takes precidence over any other sporting event even if you get "free" tickets/parking. The only sporting event that works over Husker Football in my book involves your children and their teams.

Today might be a tough lesson for you but you will learn from it. Seriously...have fun at the baseball game. Winking

You know what to do. Uber home for the kickoff. She's a big girl.

Good luck--- Rangers are one of the WORST teams in length of games-- I've gone twice this year and games went well over three hours

Being late is bad karma. I got stuck in LA traffic heading to an NU-UCLA game when Aikman was their QB. I missed a bit over a quarter and the score was 28-0 in favor of the bad guys when I reached my seats. I am convinced it was my fault so I already know who will be today's goat if the same thing happens.Laughing

Blasphemous post. Total B.S. Look away, Boxes. Nothing of value to see here.
I would have agreed about 15 years ago.... but I don't care for NFL, and college football is barely even the same game. Almost unwatchable. Boring and extremely long. Way longer than MLB games, and defense has been phased out by the rules.

I was late for that game too; flat tire on the way to the Rose Bowl. Missed at least the first quarter. I remember hearing the crowd roar a couple of times walking from the car to the stadium!
