Good solid performance for Clinton tonight only negative if any special teams coverage but it was more like Dr Jeckal Mr Hyde cause they gave up 2 TDs but they also forced 2 or 3 fumbles and recovered a scrib kick so take the good and the bad...Blake Smith is really becoming comfortable in this offense not the fastest but he runs so smooth similar to Clause from a few years back....single digit penalties tonight once again we are executing oline blocked great backs ran hard....defense played great.....for Goldsboro they have some athletes McLean kid #4 is a stud put him on WRH,Clinton,or East Duplin and he is all state. Good win for Clinton on to Wallace big game next week

I agree, the Horses looked very good tonight on the 2 KO TD's, but you know, the Horses have a history of sometimes not covering kicks ver well over the years actually, but you have to consider, The DarkHorses kickoff alot, a whole lot, so there are more opportunities for snafu's to occur. Still, they can do better. I'm very happy that we have cut our penalties down significantly. The offensive and defensive lines are impressive.
The 24 points Goldsboro scored are deceiving, with 16 points off of kickoffs. We shut out the offense until the 2nd string came in in the 3rd quarter. Like DH34 and Wiz said, great game by the Horses. Like typical Clinton fashion, they are really beginning to gel 4 weeks from playoffs. Coach Johnson and staff really know how to make quick adjustments. Hats off to them!
