I think the Zags were plenty tough. Nothing you can do when you can’t stay in front of your man and you can’t get past him on offense either.
Baylor is the real deal.

Zags are bunch of light weights. They can't handle physical basketball in your face 40 minutes. UCLA was only slightly physical with them and nearly knocked them off.
Didn't realize this until I saw it online this morning, but Gonzaga is 1-12 in the NCAA tournament, when playing a 3 seed or better. Wonder who they beat? Didn't take the time to look it up, but know it wasn't WVU.

Really didn’t attack the Zone properly in first half is what lost that game. 2nd half the got the high to low and it opened up things quite a bit.
Im not sure why you're ripping on the Zags they won 5 games in the tourney and only baylor won more. They proved they were a good team.
I don't get it either. Baylor was absolutely on fire the first half and didn't let up. Ripping Zags because they didn't beat the best team in the country? Did we rip them when they beat us when we were ranked #11? #6 Kansas, #3 Iowa, #16 UVA in their OOC schedule?
They played a bunch of non physical teams. Baylor proved Gonzaga couldn't handle a good team that also would physically beat them down. Never said they weren't any good. Just said they couldn't handle a physical game.
When was Gonzaga big time wins against ranked teams? Oh that's right in December. Carry on.
December wins don't = superstardom. Then they played High School level teams and had no fear. Nobody wants to give Baylor credit for what they did to Zags who couldn't handle a physical team. Gonzaga had no defense and couldn't handle in your face type of defensive teams.
That and I hate their guts and team. Of course I hate Baylor as well but I don't like Gonzaga either.
Basketball isn't Football. They enterered a 68 team tourney and ended up being the number 2 team at the end. It doesnst matter what conference they came from.
Plenty of people are giving Baylor credit, Allen. The Bears were unbeatable until they had a three-week COVID-19 hiatus, and it took them a few weeks to round back into form, but they returned to being a great team in the NCAA Tournament. They may have gone undefeated, if their season hadn't been interrupted.
WVU wasn't physical at all. It's why they gave up majority of points at rim and couldn't stop a cold. You don't understand what being physical is in basketball. It means in your face non stop mosquito annoying killer. You seem to think it's rough and tumble football. Learn basketball.

I've said my piece I believe I'm right. They beat 5 mediocre teams in the tournament. They beat 20 mediocre or worse teams in their conference. You want to masturbate 2nd place teams go right ahead. Typical liberal passing out participation trophy.

You're just butt hurt that gonzaga is a better team than wvu. If they are non physical as you say then that must mean that 67 of the 68 teams were not physical. Gonzaga was the 2nd best team in the country deal with it Tbone aka allen.
