I know coaching is a business and if a coach is offered a better job he should jump on it regardless. However I think AD's should show some professional courtesy when hiring coaches. I think what comes around goes around. With that said it is really late in the game to take a coach from another AD. That could start a chain of events that could be far reaching. In this situation Arkansas finds itself in, they should just take their lumps next season and do what is right. If Arky goes after UAB's coach this late in the game, they are really screwing that AD and UABwith out a reach around. Who knows maybe UAB's AD might be the AD at Michigan, Alabama, Ohio State one day and they be needing a coach. He might just remember the screwing that they took. Like I said what comes around goes around. Arky should name a interim coach for next year from with in the coaching staff. They will be alright. Same philosophy and talent. I think that is best all away around. I just glad it happened to Arky.
