our pass protection was horrible tonight. Some of it was a talent issue but a lot of times our guard was either blocking air or double teaming a DTwhile Sheppard was running thru untouched. 3 of those INT's were on the O-line.

I think people are going a little overboard on the Mullen bashing but I do agree the pass on 3rd and 1 was a mistake. Petrino made the same call today and it was a TD, but he has Mallet and talented WR's. We have neither. We've got to be who we are. There's really no answer for it.

We look a little worse there than we did last year which is very surprising. Getting pushed around a lot more and the opposing DT's are getting into the backfield on runs pretty easily as well it seems and I don't think it's because we're relasing them to go block at the 2nd level. .
