Cool pic. I'm into antiques! Just kidding.

Hey, here's an observation: It feels like it's a pretty regular occurrence that posters here misspell Wistrom, Osborne, Tommy, Tommie, etc., and catch a lot of hell from other posters. Well... check out the bottom thumb ring in that pic. WINSTROM

Sure they would have helped a little but not to the degree you think. Unless 1 or both were going to play DE, or OL, the win total probably wasn't effected by their leaving.

Yikes, I gotta go the opposite way on this one. I fail to see how a Dallas Cowboy starting defensive lineman could not have possible helped our chances of winning at least one more game, thinking Wisky to be more precise. Plus the depth issues we had would have been helped. Plus the positive impact on the team mood if we do beat Wisky. Plus better d stats that perhaps helps us land at least one recruit we might not have, maybe more?

And with those two dudes on the defense last year we lost 7 games and put up great rushing stats, how did that help with recruiting.

Again I am not saying they don't help the overall product, I just don't know that either or both makes a difference in the overall win total.

Yeah IDK, and there is no way to prove either side, mine is only an opinion but I also believe in "addition by subtraction" when it suits so perhaps you could be dead on. IDK. Would have liked to have found out though. Edit...I've had a few minutes to think about this and still think I'm right :)
