I took great delight in watching him get slung around for a 5 yard sack/loss in their last drive. They should have 2 losses right now if UPig hadn't choked it away.

McElroy's last quote is virtually verbatim from George Clooney's standard line in Up in the Air (quoted directly from IMDB),

"Anybody who ever built an empire, or changed the world, sat where you are now."

Wait until the Rhodes scholarship committee finds out about this act of blatant plagiarism in the popular press...looks like Myron Rolle won't have anyone to talk shop with in Oxford after all.

A slightly above average quarterback who must have been surrounded by elite talent in middle school and high school to never have lost a game. This quote makes him sound like he's believing all the team accolades Bama gets are due to his abilities. Nothing cold be farther from the truth. Everyone short of Verne Lundquist sees his limitations. The more I read it, the more comical it sounds. When Tebow said stuff like that, guys were ready to run through walls because they know he would do the same. What's McElroy going to do on his own? Make good grades? I would pay good money to see him get in Marcel Darius's face or Dre Kirkpatrick's face and tell one of them they need to get committed.

Those things are dangerous. It could be...soaked in chloroform or...hiding shards of glass or something.
Gotta love the guys in the cuffs: "Hey, is it okay if we still stand here and taunt the players for a few more minutes"
Cop: "Eh, sure why not"

like most Bama fans. Yes Bama loses, and yes McElroy you will lose again. Let it sink in nice and easy... YOU LOST.<div>
</div><div>Acknowledge the loss and that South Carolina whooped you outright, hands down, fair and square. Take the punch, the knockout, get back up and fight tomorrow.</div>

I don't think he started until his senior year. He was behind Chase Daniel. And the never lostsince 8th grade BS is when he started a game. So...not as awesome as they would like you to believe.

Greg McElroy needs to look in the mirror, because he took a lot of sacks Saturday that he never should have taken. He needs to learn that an incomplete pass is much better than a sack, even though it does look worse in his QB rating.

He didn't start until his senior season. I hate how all these announcers make this out to be some sort of huge achievement.

You guys are right...he was trying to pull a Tebow...ain't happening brotha
