Ithought there was no way we would winafter Dirk hit that show with 3 seconds left. Then, we looked completely lost on the inbound play and ZBO did not look comfortable with that shot at all.

...it would've taken 10.3 seconds to come down. I had bad visions of Dirk flopping on the other end and getting a cheap foul to go to the free throw line and win the game with .3 left. Glad it worked out. The pickup of Shane Battier is HUGE....everyone will remember the layup he got late in the game, but unnoticed is the defense he played on Dirk down the stretch. Allen also did a good job on Terry when they finally decided to put him in.

The schedule is scary. The next three games are OKC, Knicks, and @ Miami. They've still got two with New Orleans, two with the Knicks, one with San Antonio, and games at Boston and Chicago. Everyone is talking about the playoffs like it's a foregone conclusion, but they've got a tough road ahead. They're definitely fun to watch, though.

Yes, this team is fun as hell to watch. I do agree that the playoffs are still a long way off, but don't forget they are doing this without Rudy. They are going to be hell to deal with when he gets back.

And while the schedule is a nightmare right now, the Grizzlies have done well against the top teams in the league this year, and the schedule lightens up down the stretch

This team is not scared of anyone. They have beaten most of the big teams in both conferences and have come back from being down big in some games. If they can just hold it together and win just a couple of those hard games then I think they will be fine. They need to take care of business against the crappy teams they play also. You have to look at those three teams in front of them in the standings, New Orleans, Portland, and Denver. I just don't see Denver holding on and staying in contention and New Orleans may have lost Chris Paul for a little bit as well as West who got hurt against the Grizzlies the other night.

</span></span></span></span></span></span>We may have looked lost, but we had that extra timeout. Zach pulled a rudy with that rainmaker. Holy crap what an arch. Hollins did a good job at the end putting marc on the inbound and who's your haddadi in the paint. Not sure what happened Friday as it was the final non tv game this year. Last night was amazing. I got so pissed off at halftime. I went back to it later and sped through and saw we cut it back down to 11 then I got ack into it.

I've been up there 4 times so far. I may be up there 4 more before the end of the regular season, I know we're going up for the sunday games with the spurs and the hornets and hopefully a couple more. It's the best roster we've ever had there. We knew this stretch would be tough especially with 22 on the shelf but we're 2-2 so far in it with the Spurs, Spurs, Hornets, & Mavs.? I now know after the win at Philly, the near win at San Antonio, and last night, that if we go down by 20, it's not a big deal. there's no fear.

Conley needs to be excused from morning shoot around since he played , what, all 24 minutes of the 2nd half? Thunder went to OT last night with PHX, at least they had a longer than expected game too. </p><p align="center"><font color="#0066ff">Tonight at 7:00</font>

<p align="left">I think I'm as far south as it goes with the Ridgeland ZipCode. I don't think anywhere in Jackson gets it, but I could be wrong.

This chick at FSN-South, Kate Hart, helped me by getting the bugs worked out, she confirmed my zipcode was in the territory, and made sure that DirecTV had the updated territorial grids which worked.

I was able to watch them for a few years (Hubie and the Czar) thenall of a sudden, the games were gone. In the fall of '08 there was an article in the Commercial Appeal stating that the Grizz territory had increased. I starteed blowing up every emailI could find from Randy Stevens at teh GRIZZto every contact I could find at FSN. thanks to Kate, I nowget all 70-ish of the HD SportSouth Grizz games and all the FS-Tenn. HD games of the Preds hockeytoo, as should almost every county north of I-20 if your on DirecTV.

The only issue I have now is where to get my hands on 1 of these!!

I finally had to shave Saturday. It was to the point of irritating my skin and itching all the time. I'll try to go to the weekend again with it.

...that we didn't get a "BANGO" from Pranica when Battier hit that big three.

I'll be in the forum tonight. Should be a good atmosphere. I hope Conley has his legs about him. He played 40 minutes last night. He's got a tough matchup with Westbrook. Clearly, we're a better team with Conley on the floor.

Could you have ever imagined saying that a couple of years ago?

I couldn't of imagined saying that at the beginning of the season. I still have a hard time saying it.

And it has taken hims a few years to build his skills up enough to compete. He really should only be in his first or second year in the league. He should definitely continue to get better from here

...he's been a great ballhandler and a great steals guy. The difference this year is his passing ability has improved, and his offensive game has immensely improved. He was so young that you had to give him a chance. I know almost everyone in the Grizz front office gave up on him at some point. I'm just glad he didn't get traded. It would've sucked to watch him play this way for Denver or Utah.

He has much more aggressive/confident this year in all parts of his game. The guy just looked scraed at times the last few years. I am definitely glad we held onto him

10-8 to finish would get them to 45-37.

Phoenix would have to go 13-8 to match that. Utah would have to go 12-7 to match that. Portland would have to go 10-10 to match that. The Grizz have a tough close to the schedule, but keep in mind Portland has 13 games remaining against teams currently in the playoffs.

I think 10-8 would get them the 8 seed.

If they can somehow go 11-7 or 12-6, I think they can maybe push to the 7 or 6 seed.

For reference, though the Grizz have a tough schedule to finish the season, this is what they and their competition are facing in terms of games remaining against current playoff teams from the West and the current Top 6 of the East (Boston, Miami, Chicago, Orlando, Atlanta, New York):

Denver - 37-27 (9 of 18 plus 2 against Phoenix/Utah)
New Orleans - 37-28 (9 of 17 plus 4 against Phoenix/Utah)
Portland - 35-27 (13 of 20 plus 1 against Utah)
Memphis - 35-29 (10 of 18 plus 1 against Utah)
Phoenix - 32-29 (12 of 21)
Utah - 33-30 (12 of 19)

You'd have to think Portland's slate is the most difficult of those, and Phoenix and Utah are going to have a hard time making up ground. When you put their remaining schedule up against the rest, it isn't quite so bad.
