Not sure who would potentially get the axe, but you would be correct that Memphis would potentially be one of them.

The pessimist in me says the Grizzlies would be one of the 2 proposed teams. Not sure who the other team would be. I'd assume Milwaukee, Minnesota, or possibly even Detroit because of how hard that city has been hit with unemployment.
Sadly, the New Orleans Hornets would be the easiest target since the league owns them.

and say that the playoff run and some very entertaining playoff moments have bought the Grizz some time. There are more ripe candidates for execution, Hornets being a prime target. Longer this lasts the harder it will be for the Grizz long term as Memphians go back to humping all things Tiger basketbal.

If they were cutting 4, however, you could just about bank on Memphis getting axed. Either way, I'd say that New Orleans, Charlotte, Sacramento, and Memphis should all be very concerned.
