be a shame if it's anything less than 12k. I realize people have to work on Friday, but for all the talk we do, it shoudln't be anything less.

14k+ Friday -- recordbook demolished and totally rewritten Saturday.
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong -- but wasn't the Friday Clemson SR game also an early afternoon game? I know the Saturday game was an afternoon game, and it should have smashed records had they allowed people through the gates. A 7PM gametime on Friday gives the vast majority of people time to get there from work in the Jackson area -- whereas the early game would require taking at least half a day off. I'm betting that adds 1500-2k people over what was at the Friday game in the 07 SuperRegionals...

Good point. Yea, I know the Saturday Clemson game was a morning game. I think it started before noon, and we still had a record setting crowd. Saturday night could see the biggest crowd in NCAA history.

it actually started before noon, or at noon. I'm with you, though. I think there should be no reason for there to not be at least 12k. Especailly considering all of the noise we've talked about it. Anything less would be a letdown, to me.

Both the Friday and Saturday games of super regional starte at 11am. We outdrew every other SR combined in 2 games
