From my who knows how reliable sources in Oklahoma, they are saying that Gundy and the AD/T-Boone are at odds over the non-conference scheduling. They want games on the bigger stage, Gundy does not. Sort of our issue.

For what it's worth.

So does this count as another coach falling under the MSU curse?

See Ark, UK, Aub, Tenn, Fla, Bama, TSUN...

Ha. I believe Tennessee plays at Oregon next year too. He might want to take a look at next season's schedule if that is his beef.

Didn't make much sense to me either. They've played a BCS conference opponent every year Gundy has been there except his first 2 years. Georgia, Wazzou, Arizona. It was something about the 'high-profile' games. I don't pretend to know their beef, just heard that there was one. And it may be the other way around, Gundy wants the big games and the AD does not. Who knows.

It sounds like the latter. No way he bolts to an SEC school if he has a problem with playing quality opponents.
