Didn’t he leave Miami with a really bad taste in his mouth?I wonder who he will root for in the pinstripe
Didn’t he leave Miami with a really bad taste in his mouth?
Hmm, mop up duty with Miami where in 3 yrs. he had 189 touches or starter with Rutgers for 1 yr. where he had 177 touches. Not really a tough choice.I wonder who he will root for in the pinstripe
If you take a single course at a school you’re considered an “alumnus.”He is a Miami alum . Does he even have a Rutgers degree ?
I would say RU. He was never the bell cow for an entire season at Miami like he was at RU.I wonder who he will root for in the pinstripe
He’s a Miami graduate .If you take a single course at a school you’re considered an “alum.”
Yes but he has a Miami degree. Not sure if he even bothered getting a Rutgers degree . I hope he did and is a loyal son!I would say RU. He’s was never the bell cow for an entire season at Miami like he was at RU.

No idea.He’s a Miami graduate .
Did he graduate from rutgers ?
So he’s a Miami guy it seems and has a degree from thereNo idea.
How are you coming up with that conclusion? That’s just an assumption. You have no idea if he’s a Miami guy or a Rutgers guy. Nothing more than an opinion. So he’s a Miami guy it seems and has a degree from there
Do you have a degree from Rutgers? So he’s a Miami guy it seems and has a degree from there
He has a degree from Miami . That is not an assumption . Thats a factHow are you coming up with that conclusion? That’s just an assumption. You have no idea if he’s a Miami guy or a Rutgers guy. Nothing more than an opinion.
That's doesn't mean he roots for Miami (over Rutgers). You said "so he's a Miami guy it seems...." ...that's only an opinion (which very well could be right...or not).He has a degree from Miami . That is not an assumption . Thats a fact
A lot of guys do that because of all the movement in college sports now.Earlier in the year I recall during the introductions of the offense on TV (you know those snippets where each starter gives his name and school) he said “Gus Edwards” and then his high school. I was disappointed as it was right as RU clinched a bowl and did not give RU a shout out. But at least did not give the “u” either
He's considered an Alum whether he graduated from Rutgers or not. He’s a Miami graduate .
Did he graduate from rutgers ?
That’s why I wonder .He's considered an Alum whether he graduated from Rutgers or not.
You can consider him anything you want, if you feel Gus doesn't deserve his time as a Rutgers student/athlete be recognized.
Miami blocked Edwards from transferring to other ACC programs, which proved beneficial to Rutgers .
With that and his limited playing time as a member of the Hurricane program, Gus Edwards might feel a little more inclined to favor Rutgers winning the Pinstripe.
He has said “Rutgers” when they introduce starting lineups on tv. That’s a fact too.He has a degree from Miami . That is not an assumption . Thats a fact
Looks to me like "he's a Rutgers guy."So he’s a Miami guy it seems and has a degree from there
Ok .He has said “Rutgers” when they introduce starting lineups on tv. That’s a fact too.
Good lord, yes I think you can assume that and safely put this question to bed.Ok .
So probably he’s rooting for Rutgers ??
I am rooting for Rutgers too ! So coolGood lord, yes I think you can assume that and safely put this question to bed.
Glad you straightened that out.I am rooting for Rutgers too ! So cool
You’re a strange dude, my friend, possibly stranger than me lol!I am rooting for Rutgers too ! So cool
OMG, years ago I took 3 courses at Penn State, I am forever tainted. If you take a single course at a school you’re considered an “alumnus.”
