Saw some tweet about a prop bet in Vegas where $100 pays $2000 if Kentucky leads throughout the tournament...the entire time.

Pretty stupid bet, but pretty crazy that it's even a prop bet to begin with.

Yeah. He seemed to hit a few more shots(thankfully) but man he wasn't his typical self and obviously Cal felt the same way. Thankfully Aaron has found himself.

-Still pondering the Laettner 30:30. I knew most of that stuff already, other than the LSU fans, I don't hate the dude but he was an enormous ******* and he cushed me as a kid.

Perma grin Monday. Spent most of this morning soaking in the complete ball washing job the national talking heads are dishing out. Everywhere you turn, it's C-A-T-S CATS CATS.

Man, those Vegas books with the 40-0 prop bets on the books have to be dying. Somewhere a Billy Joe Wildcat grins.

Hey nutjobs stopping and crashing Cal's front yard, you people are crazy. No really, you need to check yourself.

All part of the plan. Keep him a little cool during the SECT, and in Louisville then BAM dude heats back up in Cleveland and Indy.

He does look like he's hit the wall though. Probably needs to come back another year or so, IMO.

* Now that we're not playing the same team for the 2nd/3rd time in a conference slugfest where these coaches know each other frontwards/backwards can't be understated. There should be a much better flow... Which benefits us greatly.

* Ullis was very impressive yesterday as as Andrew in the 2nd half. Andrew's cross over jumper is nails. He abused their guards getting to the rim at will. Believe our best lineup right now is Ullis, the twins, Towns and Cauley Stein.

* Maxx is correct... When you see this group live it's ridiculous how imposing our size/length is. Jumps out at you much more than on tv.

* Liked the way Dakari played yesterday. Just bring the energy. Keep going at it. Even if he doesn't score and convert having that aircraft carrier bang on you throughout moments in the game after dealing with Cauley Stein, Towns and Lyles will totally wear on you.

Also, the way those Pig morons were STILL talking **** after the game is inexplicable. They didn't have a lead against us for a single solitary second ... in either game. Sometimes teams are just flat stupid.
They did the whole time, the fans we fine, but Anderson and his team is dead on the old Richardson style. Those suckers are hateable in every single way. Qualls was barking the WHOLE game. Down 20.

Same with Antoine Mason. I actually felt bad for the dude until he kept screaming after every shot.

One of the reasons why I don't like Wisconsin's chances against us as well as most is how thin they are. I don't care what anyone says - we WILL wear your asses down over 40 minutes. So if you've only got 5 or 6 guys to throw at us, that doesn't bode well for you, IMO.

Arky fan was pretty chippy too- everything was a foul, Andrew getting busted in the face "knocked that lipstick offa him!!" and so forth and so on. Rich, considering the game started out 8-0.

The best part was Ark was dunking and getting hyped with like 1 minute left. One of the more embarrassing scenes I've seen on the court.

So, Laetner really was gay or nah? That part was a bit confusing, but I don't know how else to take it.

Best news of the day --> basically my company's entire technology structure had a meltdown, so we can't use company phone lines/intraweb/interweb/etc. If it's not fixed within the next few minutes, they're sending most everyone home.

This is like the best-timed free PTO day in history.

I think Laettner tried to make people think he was gay to eff with them - in fact, he admitted as much in an old SI way back when. You can't understate how much of an ******* that guy was in college.

Our back court is major factor against them. They play like they did yesterday and we run Wisky.

Laettner is married with kids, so either he's not gay or he's pulling the ultimate troll move on his wife.

at Brian Davis cussing every other word and saying he was "more street than any those Fab Five mafackas." Stop overcompensating, Brian.

The best part of yesterday game was that Arkansas wasn't playing bad at all. They were actually doing some good things. And it didn't matter one damn bit.

WS getting pulled on stage by the band for her Big Blue fist and then having to explain what was in her smoothie, only to be followed by a toast to her unborn child by the entire bar was funny.

Adrian and his brother look straight up like Danny Devito and Arnold Schwarzenneger from twins.

Trying to figure out how many fireballs Pti sent my way yesterday. Thanks, I guess.

Still shocked Chad made the trip, I love that guy. How's med school going?

Sat next to some Ark fans yesterday. They tried to get up, but it's just like watching your little pet get tore up by the big dog. Not much you can do.

Staying the extra night was nice, just a fun chill day.

Through $10 on the undefeated prop at 60/1 and $100 on the title prop at 6/1 before the season.

My buddy through down $100 on both.
.....a cool 6,600 for winning it all from this point. Lucky bastard

The Bryant Bracket is now active. You have to have a CBS Sports login, so set that up or have them send you a password reminder. The password is "goteam". If you need an invite, please post your email address.

Brackets are $10 each and you can fill out up to 3. Brackets and payment are due Thursday at noon before the first tip. I got dinged by paypal 2 years ago and can't run the payments through there. I'll figure out payment options soon. Please pay.

The winner gets 1/2 the pool and 1/2 goes to Bike to Beat Cancer.

How about Feldhaus shoving Laettner from the back and onto the floor?

Ha. Never realized that happened.

Also, Woods nailed it. If Laettner stepped on one of the Unforgettables.. It would've been an all out brawl. Pelphrey, Farmer and Woods were all mean as rattlesnakes.

That Maryland/Valpo spread is awfully small. Obviously love to see that upset happen.

Jones picking UL to go the Final Four. Makes no sense to me whatsoever. That team simply isn't built for postseason play. Hell, they're not even that good defensively now.

Agree completely. No way in hell they get to the Final Four. The Northern Iowa game is a coin flip, and they're vastly inferior to Villanova & UVA (with a healthy Anderson). Plus, they wouldn't be able to break 50 on Oklahoma.

7 Final Fours, dude.

But I can't agree with Matt here. Northern Iowa will do us (and them) the honor.

Welp, locked and loaded for Cleveland. Still pretty
about it, honestly. Wish we could have been in the South, but whatever.

Anyone ever actually spent time in downtown Cleveland, or near the arena? Can't be *that* bad, can it?

90% sure I'm skipping out on Louisville. Just want to concentrate on the games instead of the party this weekend. Will be interesting around here if UC wins.

One of my buddies lives in Cleveland and has been on me about visiting so we'll see on that one.

Really excited about this weekend. Taking Thursday and Friday off.

Can't wait to see Main St taken over by The Faithful. Hopefully they'll block off Washington St and turn it into a block party like they did in 2012.
