I loved the second season of True Detective, wasn't as good as the first but still enjoyed it thoroughly. I'm used to being in the minority though. I thought Breaking Bad was awful. Different strokes, I guess.
Spent yesterday doing manly things like greasing the bearings on my lawn mower, hacking the **** out of some overgrowth on our back fence row, throwing my kids into the pool over and over, and cooking enough meat over a flame for lunch this entire week while drinking cold beer. Felt like I could kick a Cormac McCarthy bad dream in the ***.
Today my back is so tight it feels as though I might snap with a good sneeze.
I, sir, am a lazy *** who needs more exercise.

Outside of the obvious classics, Whistling Straits is probably my favorite track, would probably make my Top 5 bucket list after a few obvious choices.

Lol, I almost had to pull over I was laughing so hard...an hour before she got the text she completely smashed/ruined two fresh Potato Buns I'd gotten that morning from Lucky's Bakery for this weeks bison burgers. [eyeroll] Looked like stale pancakes after she was through smashing & sucking the air out of them, hard as a rock.
Thing is awesome, though. I pretty much look for things to seal/vacuum now.
Ours came with the vacuum tube that can be used with their Canister/Bottle/and other products they offer, is that what you mean? You could probably feeze your milk doggy.
You ever reheat frozen smoked meat still in the sealed bag by boiling it? Supposedly food safe per their website.

-Speaking of Cincy, spent all day in walking around downtown and didn't catch a stray bullet. I guess everyone was chill after the shooting in front of Nada last night. WTF is up with constant shootings in the middle of city and entertainment area? NYC doesn't have shootings in Times Square, Chicago doesn't on Mag Mile, Nashville doesn't on Broadway, StL doesn't on Wash or the Landing, Lou doesn't on 4th St. It's seriously weekly. You all say it's a major city thing I just don't get it. At least most Major cities force that non-sense into certain areas that doesn't include Main and 6th St.
-Did see what appeared to be a normal somewhat attractive for a homeless young chick soliciting.
-Compton is sick. Don't complicate it.

This weather coming up the rest of the week is the tits. Mid 80's, sunny, low humidity.
September is great and we get a few decent days in October but it's all downhill after that. Really can't wait for those awesome November - March days when the trees are completely bare, it's cold/rainy and dark most of the time. Beautiful stuff. Also love it when we rarely get to the sun for 5 months straight.
If it wasn't for Kentucky Basketball there's no way I'd make it here during those months. Just an ugly *** and depressing period.

If I could bring back any HBO show from the past for a new season, it would be Deadwood hands down and my answer wouldn't change even if James Gandolfini were alive.

They filmed one of those Skinemax series at a resort we used to stay at on Singer Island in North Palm Beach.

Somewhat intrigued by the preview clip of WestWorld for next year. Guess that will be the big series they put on after GOT season is over.
- Still continue to be underwhelmed by F Maggard. His angle isn't really that compelling. Need more substance of this team and this year rather than revisiting his glory days and comparing the past to the present or goofy comparisons of Jerry Rice to UK football.
- 24 ft x 24 ft deck is ahead of schedule. Should be done this weekend. I knew it would be big but damn.
- NFL Ticket now available to everyone to stream (non DTV subs)?

I would bring back Curb. Wish I could go back and watch every episode for the first time.
*I am really starting to crave sports, I will give you that. Cycling, golf, NASCAR and certainly baseball aren't covering it. Not that I want to sacrifice long warm days but I'm ready to watch some real sports.
