I'd like to see a 5-6 Louisville squad limp into Commonwealth looking to get bowl eligible this Thanksgiving and limp out mumbling about basketball season.

It's hard to find 6 for sure wins on their schedule before they get to us so it could be a possibility.

I'll honestly be somewhat disappointed if they come in with 4 or less wins. It would be such a kick in the balls to deny them a bowl bid. We deserve that pleasure.

Of course the ACC hasn't exactly lit the world on fire, so they may come in at 8-3 or some ****.

-Fournette is just unreal. Chubb is unreal but Fornette just gets me all excited. That dude is a touching freak. Could you imagine being a 150lb CB staring that dude down at full speed? Touch that.

-Petrino has never recruited well. His problem is not having a QB that can complete a pass and no Parker to bail them out.

-Don't really care if we deny them a bowl, they can roll in 0-11 for all I care, as long as we win. I think they win 6 anyway.

Baker is sick, love him fighting for those extra yards, he pretty much searches out contact...

...but get ready for a fumble on one of those plays. It's coming. Find myself screaming GO DOWN as he palms/stretches with the ball with 3 guys on him.

always enjoy me some schadenfreude when UL is in a failing state in either main sport, but wow this brutal takedown on their own coach by a UL scout poster:

This is starting to become a common refrain from people. Not just after a loss either. I don't know the answer, but I would guess if there's anything to it at all, it has more to do with the fact that our earlier version of Petrino was a younger MUCH more ambitious, MUCH more driven man who was working VERY hard to parlay his first stint at Louisville into a better job (SEC).

That Bobby is gone.

Add to it the subsequent NFL and Arkansas embarrassments. What you have left is what we have now.

We just have to hope that the Petrino we have now hasn't lost all of his drive, desire and fury to win. And that he hasn't become sort of a neutered, comfortable, ambitionless coach who's satisfied with winning just enough games to keep a big paycheck coming in.

For the record, 99.9% of internet memes are TERRIBLE. Just keep that in mind.

Also, the ones referencing the Direct TV ad are the worst these days.

FWIW on our offense, I'd be perfectly happy if we throw the ball to noone but Baker, Johnson or Badet. Looks like the preseason rumors on Montgomery being on the outs with this staff (or him being unhappy with them) are unfortunately true with his lack of getting even a single snap in 2 games.

Johnson does the same thing.

Speaking of which, it's little surprising that the nickname "Juice" is still used, given the whole double-murder thing.

Was that scary pass to Conrad in the endzone his first target of the year?

Don't think he even ran a single route against UL-L.

^ I think so. Not being a real college football I don't see the stuff but apparently graded out very high both games.

TERRIBLE decision by Towles to throw that pass. Shew.

A couple of those plays in the 4th quarter were so janky looking I honestly wonder if they had been worked on in that week's game prep. Specifically the one where Towles threw back across himself to the other side of the field with no one in camera. Right after he skied one over the WRs head.

A guy with absolutely zero leverage or job prospects gets a massive raise to return to an AD he repeatedly cuckolded in the past. Can't imagine why the motivation isn't the same.

UL fans have disappeared off the main board for the time being, the chest-thumping is over, the fringe playoff hopes are crushed and they're more or less already writing off the season.

Meanwhile, UK wins in Columbia, has yet another 2 hour CBB recruiting advertisement between NFL games and is great position to rip the head off of UF and **** bloody diarrhea down their throats.

Saturday night was a long time coming. Tough to beat the euphoria of leaving a SEC road stadium with a win.

Good representation from UK fans as well. Overheard one old timer say he'd been to every UK game in Columbia since '92 and this was the best showing we've had.

F you, South Carolina Fan. Eat ****. Stoops owns Spurrier.

Last two seasons notwithstanding, I know they've pretty much owned us since 2000. However, it's hard to fathom how so many of their fans fail to understand historically they're much closer to UK than the upper echelon on the SEC. And yes, Williams Brice can get loud, but it's still pretty much a dump.

I'm not even allowing for the possibility that we beat Florida. Defense mechanism I guess. I know they're a dumpster fire right now, but I'm so jaded about beating them that it barely registers. Been burnt too many times.

Same here. Not sure how to feel about beating USC. Like it was some sort of dream. In my mind I still think that Westry Marty Moored that interceptions. I mean that is what usually happens.

-Done with 4 episodes of Mr. robots post the GYERO and pmarca recs. Eps 1 &2 were awesome, but 3 and 4 almost have me quitting the show. I don;t need to see that weirdo Tyrell being a psycho weirdo or 25 minutes of hallucinations. Lame. Of course I won't stop watching, I can almost never do that, and I assume it gets much much better for here on out. Pretty much gave up on Mad Men half a season in. Couldn't get into it, though it definitely had some good stuff. Might give it another try when I have time.

-Don't think I've seen too many posts/tweets about how bbdk is winning money in Vegas. And we all know what that means.

I've enjoyed two spinoff shows that I've never seen the original - Better Call Saul and Fear The Walking Dead. Guess I will have to watch the originals at some point.

TSN has Labissiere 2nd Team AA and Murray 3rd Team AA. Of course, DeCourcy also puts Selden 2nd Team AA so not sure how much credence we can give such a prediction.

Withdrew $200 upon arrival. Sitting on $403. Lost $100 on a Single roulette roll on the way to bed last night.

Trying to not be too annoying., mostly just snap chat.

I'm also completely exhausted, lost al little enthusiasm today. Hoping for one last burst, only halfway through trip. :eyes::gun:
