These are incredible...though it's hard to take it seriously since Snoop Dogg wore Whalers in the 90s. But still...pretty dope.
Ongoing race wars, horrible politicians thrusting themselves in front of every camera, terrorism, armed forces fighting terrorism now fighting each other... HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEK
Tradition. We wiped out our guests from the first Thanksgiving through broken treaties and biological warfare all the while stealing their entire nation from them.
That initial Thanksgiving where the hosts didnt really want to be around their guests, who showed up without a proper RSVP and brought ****** gifts and a bunch of sick kids, still holds true to this very day.

They're incredible in one non-existent setting- Hartford Whalers game. Thus, theu're not incredible.

So this year's squad is going to be polar opposite of the team next year.
This year we run three guards, average to under-sized across the backcourt, with either Marcus "Humpty" Lee or Poythress next to Skal or the Aussie most of the time. That's not a small team, but basically about average sized (other than Ulis) for a college team more or less. We aren't blazingly athletic, either. We aren't unathletic, mind you, but just not Wall/Bledsoe/Rondo crazy athletic.
This squad is just a solid group of damned good basketball players, for the most part. We have rough edges at this point but I like that more than gearing up to go undefeated (as stupid as that may sound).
Next year, however, is going to be completely different. BAM! (I think it was him, but one of the recruits) mentioned that the pitch was to start five freshmen next year. I assume that means that Calipari is at least selling the idea that Ulis, Briscoe, and Murray are all gone.
If so, we are going to have a much, much different team. Gabriel, Killeya-Jones, and Adebayo appear to be a huge, fast, and oddly interchangeable frontcourt. Fox and Monk look blisteringly fast with the ball and capable of dunking on anyone. Everyone seems to have ball skills and, other than Adebayo, the ability to can the three.
In a weird way, that's a really fun part of the Calipari era: every year is different but unless Ryan F***ing Harrow is your point guard, also all but guaranteed to be awesome.
