Hoping for the upset tomorrow but just don’t see it. Alabama isn’t as strong as they’ve been the last decade but still think they have too much for us. Their qb has made considerable progress the last few games.

31-20 tide.

I seriously think some of these Division 1 games are fake, and the teams that are supposedly playing are legitimately made up. Just perusing the slate of matchups tonight, the following teams are on the schedule...

- Wilberforce
- Ave Maria
- Mid American Christian
- College of Biblical Studies
- Saint Josephs Long Island

Seriously. Totally fabricated.
Baylor played John Brown (D1) last night. Who, btw, covered the -55 point spread rather easily.

80 Proof-style Friday randos:

-Give me this weather for as long as it will last.

-Soup can be a meal…as long as accompanied by a sandwich for dipping.

-Give me Texas-style chili all err; beans are trash.

-Big Z? More like Big V, AMIRITE?! Lulz.

-Cal is such a clown; just win, *******.

-Last Extrav of the year tomorrow; let’s make it count, people.

-Was at the ‘97 win, so pretty much guaranteed we repeat with my presence tomorrow.

-Been absolutely cleaning up on GAMBOL; thanks, Andy.

-Gave up on WTF is Brooks; this football season broke his spirit.

-Peptides are the truth; do your research and join the club if you haven’t already.

-Go Cats and have a kick *** weekend, gang.

Really miss the SAE podcast as well, had the cigar smoke, backroom, handshake deals, huzzahs! vibe, now it just feels like we've all been swindled and everyone has cleared out of the boiler room.

Sitting in the office today, looking out the window, wondering why I am not playing golf today. Love this weather.

Kelce chasing the pasty one to Argentina this weekend. Dude is a star, doesn't need to chase some girl to the far reaches of the southern continent.

-Watched the new Sheridan show Bass Reeves: Lawman. It’s alright, definitely slow to start. Less family love story and more wranglin’ outlaws please.

Stoked for all the new Yellowstone coming out next year for sure.

-Nothing like a morning dog walk to the beach and just sitting on a bench with the pupper for a half hour.

Even better when there’s an old black man in a fedora and white linen pants and shirt combo playing Otis Redding on a speaker the next bench over.

Apparently he’s there all the time because every person running by knew him and said hello.

-Pretty sweet I can’t watch the game again tonight but SMU and North Texas is on ESPN 2 🙄.

-Who wouldn’t want to go to Argentina with a billionaire? I have two buddies and their gfs there right now and Patagonia is dope.

I just figured SAE is running for office or something. Maybe focusing on becoming a leader in his field?

Top 5 Reasons why people stop posting here:

Outside Looking In: Becoming a leader in their field, taking their job too seriously
5. Forgot password
4. Cal or Stoops pissed them off to a point of no return
3. WOKE agenda got to them
2. Running for office

The odds of two civilizations that evolved separately on different planets actually meeting each other are incredibly low. Time may be an even bigger barrier than space. There has been space travel for less than 100 years, or 0.000002% of Earth's 4.5 billion year history.

The interstellar travel stuff is the kicker for me. Even if you could figure out how to make an energy efficient propulsion system, there's apparently space dust which would destroy your ship when you were going fast enough to really

The nearest star is 4 light years away. The fastest we've ever gone in space (unmanned) is 0.02% the speed of light. So right there it would take 5000 years to get there with that speed. But let's say we could get to to 10% of light speed... that's still 40 years.

The scary thing I think Hank is referring to is that we could - and perhaps are - getting so technically advanced that if your society can figure out how to build a space ship that goes that fast, your society also probably figured out how to quickly and easily destroy yourself. For example, with advanced AI, could pretty much anybody figure out how to destroy life on this planet?

2 years in a row with no Extravaganza for me. 🤬 What a load of ********. Kids sports are out of control. I really miss some of you.

If tomorrow was a night game, I could've made it. Maybe Anth can throw a basketball extravaganza or two this year?

At least I was able to make the roadie to Florida last year and will be in Columbia, SC next week.

Anyone else on here making the trip to the Palmetto State next week?

I agree in regards to our civilization and technology, but that’s assuming aliens face the same biological challenges we do and they have the same materials and tech that we do, both of which are HIGHLY unlikely.

I think the jerseys look good, better than the anthracite imo. I’m ok with our alternates being black and grey.

FYI, there are literally thousands of tickets for the UK-UL game left, many $50. Found Lowers for $83, grabbed 4, leggo.

Last night they were on ESPN in primetime, have a top 11, possible conference championship and playoff contending team.

Welp, they had about 25,000 at the game, maybe 30,000. Saw several pics today from fans that showed the entire upper bowl 95% empty.

They don’t deserve the team that they have. The portal was great to them.

Hopefully blue gets in, and we show those fair weather linebeards, how to properly support a good football program, ala 2021.

We beat them in the pizza box when they last had a playoff contender, and that team with LJ was miles better than the current version. Plus, we are much improved since the 2017 season. I don’t think Stoops has lost to them since.

Should be a great game. Tomorrows jerseys would really look good against a UL team away, that will likely have white/red/red as their color combo. The blue, grey, grey would pop.

I mean does BAMA, Texas, UGA, Notre Adams, USC, OSU or Michigan ever play color scheme games?

Not that we’re them, but come on go old school block K if you want a fun cool gimmick uniform scheme.

Do the kids really think this is cool?

Just playing with our food, will cruise against this community college.

Gotta prepare ourselves for Dickinson getting 25 rebounds on Tuesday though.
